According to a Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) poll, 61.7% of businesses emphasized the need to keep using hybrid work experiences, however, there is still room for development. 1 in 6 workers still believes that companies are not prepared for a hybrid environment after more than two years of hybrid work.

This raises the question of how companies may best utilize their hybrid skills with the aid of modern technology, and how these businesses can assist their staff in striking a balance between work and personal life while still enabling them to provide their best work.

Flexibility is now the key to success in the modern workplace. Many of the MNCs and government offices in Singapore are now turning to co-working spaces to improve their flexibility.

Flexibility is now the key to success in the modern workplace. In Singapore, according to the Conditions of Employment Report released by the Ministry of Manpower, 53 percent of the businesses questioned provided at least one flexible working option, such as teleworking, flexible hours, or part-time employment.

On the other hand, many of the MNCs and government offices in Singapore are now turning to co-working spaces to improve their flexibility.

Businesses are more assured about obtaining hybrid work, by Thales

84% of IT professionals now have faith in their user access security technologies to facilitate secure remote work.

According to a recent study from cybersecurity company Thales, businesses are feeling more confident about securing hybrid operations post-pandemic.

Up from 56% in 2021, 84% of IT professionals now have some level of faith in their user access security technologies to facilitate secure remote work.

Concerns among IT professionals regarding remote work security threats dropped from 39% in 2021 to 31% in 2022.
