Improve your office productivity by Quota History in ONES

A quick review of quota usage of office resource by using quota history.

In version 2.6, the admins can now easily search the record of usage on the quota history page. They can filter by username, quota unit, resource (room or desk), period of booking time, etc., which can help the admin to filter out the data for auditing and resource usage revision.  

Quota is a mechanism we provided for users to control the usage of resources such as room, desks, and equipment.

For example, the admins can set each hour of desk booking to require 1 quota, and each user only has 10 quotas each week. This can restrict the resource usage of each user and improve the chances for resources to be used by different users.

🟡 Optimization on reviewing quota usage 

For the admins, if someone always misuses the rooms, it could cause lots of low efficiency in resource usage due to tons of unexpected occupations of the office room.  

Via the quota history, the admin can have a quick check on which user misuses the resource and have further action such as making more restrictions on that staff quota and his/her authority to reserve room.

Admins can find this feature in the admin console under: 

Resources > Rooms > [Menu] > Quota history; or 

Users > Users > [Menu] > Quota history
