Quota is the mechanism that can control the usage of resources such as Room, Desk and Equipment. The following are the components of the quota feature:
In general, Quota unit serves as the basic unit/currency for the quota mechanism. Each resources can be assigned with corresponding Resources Quota Policy, which indicates how many quota units are required for each bookings. User Quota Policy defines how quota is assigned to each User / User Group.
