Resource Quota Policy
This page is about the setting of resources quota policy.
Resources quota policy is the setting that defines the quota unit required to be spent when users book corresponding resources.
Management console -> Resources -> Configurations -> Resource Quota Policies 
General Setting
- Name: The name of the resources quota policy. It must be unique.
- Quota unit* : This determines which quota unit is assigned to the setting.
- Charge by: This determines how often the user needs to spend quota.
- Charge amount: This determines how many quota that user needs to spend for booking.
- Advanced Setting: Please refer to the below section "Advanced Setting".
- Quota refund policy: When this setting is enabled, the user can refund the quota before certain period.
- Time before booking to be allowed to refund: This determines how long before the booking that allow user to refund quota.
*This can only be edited upon policy creation
Advanced Setting
When this setting is enabled, you can set various quota requirements for different weekday.
Assign resource
Once you have created the policy, you can assign the policy into the resource.
How to set-up multiple resources at once?
You can use "Batch Set" to set it.
