In Taiwan, 104 Bank shows that WFH has many benefits for Taiwanese employees and employers, and also shows that WFH is not the only option for Taiwanese. More data shows that hybrid work is the best solution for future work styles.  

A Cisco report in Taiwan also shows that 78% of respondents globally believe that hybrid and remote work has improved all aspects of their well-being, enabling employees to take care of their whole selves in their work roles and outside of work.

Moreover, 62% of employees believe that their ability to work anywhere affects whether they stay in their job or leave it.

Hybrid working is one of the major concerns for Taiwanese workers now.

Working from home (WFH) became a mainstream work style regulated by the labor authority on June 23, 2021, when Taiwan’s Ministry of Labor (MOL) announced the “Occupational Safety and Health References Guidelines on Working from Home”.
