Flexible room service setting

Moreover, you can also set the time length of service preparation of the meeting. The service staff can check the service time on their service calendar and allow them to arrange a time for the service beforehand. 

The multiple options of service period help your office service work to become more flexible. 

Admins can find this feature in the admin console under: 

 
Booking Service Settings > Services > [Select Service] / [Add New Service]> Edit>Service Type 

💪 Work without disturbing by auto-room blocking   

Bookings ONE offers an automatic room blocking function. This function ensures that other users cannot book the room during the service period, which keeps the room will not be disturbed during that period. 

💻 Better visibility for checking service time with a new interface 

When the user confirms to use the service, the service time will show in green color on the service staff time schedule.  

Our system will notify the related staff about the service details, they can also view the specific service time easily with our new easy-view interface. The service name will be clearly shown on the timetable. This can also prevent the staff from providing the wrong service after checking the details on their service calendar. 

Auto-block room function for service and a new easy-view interface can help you without disturbing and help the service staff to work in ease. 

In the administrator console, the pre-and post-preparation are separated to show on the timetable, and then the service detail shows the new request with a notation in the top right corner to remind the administrator. 

📋 Time saved by customized service 

For the meeting host, you can set up a customized service for your meeting, supporting your meeting progress. 

 For example, if your meeting needs a tea service at 3 p.m., you need to contact the receptionists first. By using our system, you can customize your service on our admin console. 

Then our system will notify the related staff to prepare with your own time requirement. It lets you save time to prepare the meeting or do the other work first.
