Usage Heat Map in the Management calendar
Users can now the usage of each room in the Usage Heat Map. The deeper the color, the higher the occupancy. This can help users easily recognize the peak hour of the office and rearrange the office resource for efficiency improvement.
Multiple out of service period
In the previous version, the system only allows users to set one out-of-service period for each resource policy.
In version 2.8, users can now set multiple out-of-service periods for resources which can have more flexibility to control the usage of each room, desk and equipment.
You can also add remarks for public and internal staff to indicate detail of the out-of-service period.
Booking pin as a new check-in method
In version 2.8, users can choose “Booking pin” as the check-in period.
Booking pin is different from “Check-in pin”. A booking pin is generated by the system and each of the bookings will have its booking pin, while “Check-in pin” is created by user for identity verification.
All attendees and the organizer will receive the booking pin via email, and they can also see it in their booking calendars. Then users can use the booking pin to check-in / check-out / extend booking time on the room display and user app.
For recurrence bookings, users can use the same booking pin to check-in those bookings.
Miscellaneous improvement
- Add “export” feature to Quota history;

- Allow users to set business hours for buildings
