Finally, the ONES Outlook Add-In is available!
Connecting ONES to Outlook is now simpler than ever, providing your employees with a fully integrated experience in the business tool they currently use every day for email and scheduling.
You can manage all of your bookable resources, such as rooms, workstations, shared spaces, parking lots, and more, in one location with this add-in. You can also invite your visitor together with your meeting!
No matter if they are part of Office 365 or not, you may combine them anyway you choose and reserve anything without leaving Outlook.
Once installed, all you need to do to get the complete ONES space reservation experience inside Outlook is click the ONES button when creating a calendar event. You can then browse floor plans, search, filter by location and amenity, make a reservation of room and service, and include that space in your event.

There is a Mac and PC version of the ONES Outlook Add-In. We also provided our connection with Microsoft Teams too!
