Meeting time in Q3
Based on the room usage data of around 1200 users, 8,356 meetings were held from June to September 2022, for a total of 25,845 hours (around 1077 days).
On average, each user has held 21 hours of meetings, and each of them held 4 meetings.
No-show rate in Q3
Compared with actually used meetings, there are 29.2% of rooms are released back to available due to no-shows.
Without using our smart office system, on average will have 5 hours of meetings are wasted per user due to their absence of room reservations.
