Why hybrid work does not mean office redundancy in Singapore? 

Despite the prevalence of hybrid work arrangements, Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) believes that offices will not become obsolete.

Despite the prevalence of hybrid work arrangements in Singapore, Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) believed that offices wouldn’t become obsolete.   

The reason is that Singaporeans are concerned about flexibility at work, not only that they must work in the office. Also, some workers in Singapore say they need to work in an office as there has a lot of equipment to support them to work.
