Hybrid working

Hybrid working means allowing your employees to choose to work on-site or remotely. Some organizations may enable all employees to work part of the week on-site and part of the week remotely. Employees at other firms may work full-time remotely or full-time on-site. Others may allow a combination of the two.

Many recent surveys show that more and more people expect their companies to provide opportunities to choose their working position. This practice has multiple benefits for companies and employees:

  1. Allow people to work when and where they are most productive
  2. Better work-life balance
  3. Save on real estate expenses and traffic time
  4. Able to hire talent without border

A office management system is a must for a company that would like to adopt a hybrid work model, in order to assist the administrator to gather people working on different sites and manage the schedule easier.
