Visitor Management

Visitor management is a sign-in registration mechanism that keeps track of all visitors and workers who enter your office workplace.

It gives office administrator the ability to handle visitor information, administrative operations, and site security. Visitors can be added immediately from Outlook and office maps, instructions ahead of time during the guest check-in procedure.

When visitors check in, the host will receive an automated notification of their arrival. All check-ins are securely saved and kept in a management console. Security alerts, visitor badge printing, and follow-up can all be automated in the visitor management system, giving you more time to welcome on your office visitors.
