Do I need to install an app onto my phone?
Not a must. Bookings ONE is a progressive web app that allow you to use on a web browser. Bookings ONE also have iOS App version for your usage.
Do I need to update the platform by myself?
No. Once there is new version, the system will automatically update without further actions.
Why I cannot login?
This may caused by not enough permissions, invalid user name or password. Please confirm with your administrator.
What is the validity period of "Remember me"?
The validity period is 14 days. After 14 days, you will need to login again.
Will the system automatically logout my account when it is idle?
No, the system will not automatically logout your account when you is idle.
Why I cannot edit / cancel the booking?
This may caused by not enough permissions. Please confirm with your administrator.
How do I know if I have been given the permission on certain functions, such as reception and visitors approval?
If the administrator have assigned you as the reception staffs/ approvers, then you will see the columns such as Reception/ Visitor approval at the top of the page.
Why some room / desk are disappeared?
There are many reason for the item disappeared, it may be caused by the resources deleted / policy changed / license expired, please contact your administrator for more detail information.
Why some button / tab are not shown in my page but shown in my colleague page?
The visibility of functions in user app will be controlled based on the user's permissions, therefore different user will see different buttons / tabs. The functions not related to you will not be shown.
Which day is the start day of the week?
In Bookings ONE, the default start day of the week is Monday. This usually will not affect the bookings. It only matters when the user tries to create weekly recurring booking and that booking includes Sunday and Saturday/Monday and repeat more than or equal to 2 weeks. System will then show the option of selecting the start day of the week for those cases.
What will happens when I create monthly recurring booking on days like 31st, but the months in between does not have that day?
In this case, the system will show a option to let you choose to skip the month that without that day or book the last day of the month.
