Will the visitors receive the invitation email before approval?

Visitors will not receive any invitation before the appointments had approved. If your locations are set to be low-security by administrators, then visiting invitation will be automatically sent to visitors without approval needs.

When the system will send the badge to the visitor?

  1. When user create an invitation;
  2. Change the date of the invitation;
  3. The next day of cross-day invitation, the system will send a new badge to the visitor.

If I change the invitation date, will the updated invitation be sent to the visitor?

Yes, the visitor will receive a new badge and updated invitation. It might has delay to receive the new badge.

Can the badge be used on other days?

The badge only can be used on that day. After that day, the badge will expire.

What if the day have changed but visitors are still visiting?

After the day have changed, the system will automatically mark the visitor as left. The cross-day visitor need to use the new badge to check-in again.
