Visitor walk-in app

Visitor can through scan the QR code or direct input the URL to access to visitor walk-in app. Visitor also can open it on the "Visitor slef-service panel".
The visitor walk-in app will only be available after enable the setting on the visitor management setting
Visitor walk-in app mechanism
- Visitors are required to select the visiting purpose of their visit before they start inputting their information for registration. If only one visiting purpose can be selected, this step will be skipped.
- After selecting the visiting purpose, additional fields specific to that visiting purpose will appear.
- If the selected visiting purpose requires confirmation of Terms and Conditions (T&C), visitors need to accept them before proceeding to the next step.
- Visitors can select an inviter if it is required based on the visitor management settings.
- The visiting date period can be limited by the settings in the visitor management settings.
- After selecting the location, additional fields specific to that location will appear.
- The required data can be configured in the visiting purpose settings.
- Once visitors have confirmed the accuracy of their information and submitted it, the system will generate a visitor badge based on the badge delivery day. This may result in visitors not receiving the badge immediately. For example, if the system generates the badge only one day before the appointment, visitors will receive the badge one day before the appointment.
- After completing the registration flow, visitors can download their badge or register other visitors.
