Identity verification

User can check-in/out and extend the booking on the interactive panel. After user login to their account and scan the QR code, input check-in pin or use staff card, system will identify user identity and perform actions.

For scanning QR code or using check-in pin to verify identity, please refer to QR code scan and Change check-in pin. If the system includes Mobile Pass module and administrator has enabled it, you can use Mobile Pass as staff card to verify identity.

If you have been delegated with extra rights, you can verify identity to check-in, check-out and extend time for other users.

Type of panel that require identity verification for performing action:
