Notifications

Notification type​

Users can view company announcements or visitor's arrival notifications in the top right-hand corner.

Bookings​

  • Receive meeting response: organizer receives attendees' response on the invitation to accept / decline on the meeting
  • New meeting request: Someone invites you as the attendee of the meeting
  • Meeting cancelled: meeting was cancelled, or you have been removed from the attendee list by the organizer or by the administrator
  • Meeting changed: Meeting information such as title, time, location, notes, and attendees have been modified by the organizer or by the administrator

Service​

  • Service request: organizer request service
  • Service request cancelled: organizer has cancelled the booking / removed the service request
  • Service request updated

Support​

  • New issue reported: Some issue are reported by users through User App or by players

Visitor management​

  • Visiting invitation approval: Response of the visitor invitation approval result.
  • Visitor arrived: Visitor has checked in at the reception

Upon visitors’ arrival and check-in finished, the visitor management system will automatically send a notification to inviters.

Web Support platform: Android browser and Desktop Chrome, Edge.

Native Support platform: iOS.
