Basic Set-up

Step 1 - Setup Building, Floors and Rooms

Setup the building and the floors and allocate valid Visitor Building License for current use.
Then create rooms that are For visiting only and allocate them into the corresponding floor.

Step 2 - Setup User group and User

Setup several user groups for management of the permission of different users. You need to create/import users into the system and set user into proper user group.

Step 3 - Setup Visiting policy

Setup the visiting policy for allocating which building/ room requires approval (by which user group/user).

Step 4 - Setup Reception setting

Setup the reception setting to allow which user group/ user to be reception of corresponding buildings.

Step 5 - Setup Visiting survey

Setup the visiting survey for information that visitor need to provide in pre-registration/check-in.

Step 6 - Setup Visiting purpose

Setup the visiting purpose for user to select the purpose of visiting.
