Email Setting

This page is about the setting of email.

Permission: Global Administrators, Setting manager
Navigation: Management console -> Setting -> General

Management Console > Settings > General

Followings are the email setting that can be configured in Bookings ONE:

  • Email Language:

    Primary email language is a must to be set for the first language to be shown in the email. You can set the secondary language which will shown below of the first language within the email.

  • Attached detail appointment information in ICS:

    Email receiver will easier to retrieve the information after save into the calendar via ICS file.

  • Attach organizer name in ICS title:

    Email receiver will easier to retrieve the organizer information after save into the calendar

  • Attach sent-by as organizer email address when sending the meeting emails:

    When this setting is enabled, the attendees response email will be returned to the sent-by email address, and the system can show the attendee response on the calendar

Email style

This setting changes the email loago and color to match your company's color tone.

Permission: Global Administrators, Setting manager
Navigation: Management console -> Setting -> Email setting

  • Email header color:

    This setting changes the email header color.

  • Email background color:

    This setting changes the email background color.

  • Email logo:

    This setting changes the email logo. The logo image muset be 512 x 512 .png image and the file size limited to 200KB.

  • Email footer:

    This setting changes the email footer. The footer will be shown in all emails sent out from Bookings ONE.
