Email Service

What can be checked if email cannot be received?

Please perform the following checking with "Global Administrator" permission to see if any hints can be found:

  1. In Admin Console, go to Settings > Email Server Setting. See if any error is shown and check the email service by using "Send testing email" function;
  2. In Admin Console, go to https://yourdomain/jobs, go to Tab "Jobs" to see if any Failed jobs related to "Send Email".
  3. In Admin Console, go to Audit Trail to see any record related to the issue.
  4. Go to the Outlook account used in SMTP service, check if any send record related to the issue.
