What is terms and conditions in Bookings ONE?​

In Bookings ONE, there are two types of T&C, room T&C and service T&C. In room T&C, user must accept T&C to use the room. Service T&C is the same as room T&C. It means if the user want to use the sevive, he / she must accept the service T&C.

What if the service is compulsory?​

In this case, the user must accept the service T&C to book the room, even the user does not want to use the service.

Does Bookings ONE provide any T&C templates?​

Bookings ONE does not provide any T&C templates.

Does the T&C wll change the language when the user using other lanaguage?​

Regardless of the user's language, T&C only displays what you type. It means that, if you input English, Chinese and other languages on the T&C field, it will display all of it.

What can be typed in the T&C field?​

It includes text, images and URL.

When will show the T&C?​

When you book a room and select a service on the user app, the system will show the room T&C or service. When you walk-in and book other room on the player, the player will show room T&C.
