Item Metadata
This page is about the common meta data of item.
Item such as User, Bookable resource will have a common basic data for system record, you can find in their detail page by selecting particular item:
ID
This is the ID automatically assigned by the system when the item is created. This is unique in the system and cannot be edited by user or system. For bookable resource, this ID can be used for pairing-up with the IoT device in the integration progress.
Created by/Created at
Once the item is created, the system will record the datetime when the item is created, and which user create this item. This cannot be edit by user or system.
Modified by/Modified at
Once the item is modified, the system will record the datetime when the item is modified ,and which user modify this item. This will be updated when the item is updated.
