Visitor self service panel printing visitor label

Visitor self service panel supports the label printing function, but it just support the windows player

It simply need to connect the label printer to the self service panel, no further installation steps are needed.

Reception staff print visitor label

For the reception staff to handle label in reception page, they can connect the label printer for visitor badge printing purpose, but it need to install a extra program (Bookings ONE Adapter) as the middleware of User Web App to connect to the label printer.

Prerequisites: The label printer is power on and connected with the workstation.

Setup Procedure

  1. Download the Bookings ONE adapter from [here](/installer/Bookings ONE.Adapters.Setup.msi).
  2. Execute the installation file.
  3. Choose Everyone when the Select Installation Folder page prompt.
  4. There is a Bookings ONE Reception Adapter icon in the desktop, copy and paste it into C:\Users\(username)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup for setup auto start.
  5. Click Bookings ONE Reception Adapter icon in the desktop. Make sure the Printer Status is Connecting.
  6. Click Test printer for test the print function.
caution

If user have connect multiple printer to same machine, their name will become “ZDesigner ZD410-203dpi ZPL (xxxxxx)”.

Currently VMS only detect the printer with name “ZDesigner ZD410-203dpi ZPL”, printer connected later will not be connected successfully.

In order to connect another printer to the VMS, please help to remove the profile in the [Printers & scanners] in Settings and remove all “ZDesigner ZD410-203dpi ZPL (xxxx)” first and reconnect the printer user would like to assign.

Use iPad to print label with QL-820NWB

  1. Complete the Bookings ONE installation procedure on iPad
  2. Enable Bluetooth of iPad and QL-820NWB
  3. Connect QL-820NWB to iPad with Bluetooth

  1. Click Menu button
  2. Click 🔽 button until you see Bluetooth
  3. Select Bluetooth
  4. Select "ON"
