What should I check if the player connection does not success?​

This refer to any abnormality in step 1 of Player setup in public network. Followings are the checklist for possible error in player connection:

  1. Please check the firewall setting;
  2. Please check if a valid certificate is provided for the HTTPS url of the system;

Error for no valid certificate is provided

How to solve the performance problem with Windows player?​

Please check if your device needs to update driver. If yes, please update the driver.
