Sales

Sales – Enterprise Solutions (Software)

We are looking for Sales talent to introduce Offision's software solutions to enterprise, property management, education, government, and integration markets.

Responsibilities

Promote Offision software solutions (Queue, Signage, Booking, Tenant, Event, etc.)
Engage enterprise, property management, education, government, and SI/Integration markets
Conduct presentations, demos, and follow-ups
Prepare proposals, quotations, and tender materials
Coordinate with the technical team for solution delivery
Maintain relationships and support long-term account growth

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales (IT / SaaS / solutions / SI / integration)
Strong communication and presentation skills
Able to understand customer workflow and propose practical solutions
Capable of multi-tasking and managing multiple opportunities at once
Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Experience with SI, integrators, AV or property management markets is a plus

Engineering

Technical Engineer – Software Integration & ProAV Control Programming

We are looking for a Technical Engineer who can support software deployment and perform ProAV control system programming.

Responsibilities

Deploy Offision software solutions (Queue, Signage, Booking, Tenant, etc.)
Develop and modify control system code:
- Crestron (SIMPL / SIMPL+ / SIMPL# / VTPro-e)
- Q-SYS Designer (with Lua Script)
- Extron (Global Scripter / Control Processor)
Implement control logic, UI, RS232 / TCP / HTTP API integrations
Perform on-site commissioning, testing, troubleshooting
Work with Sales on technical discussions, demos, and site surveys
Prepare diagrams and basic technical documentation
Use AI tools to improve coding, documentation, and workflow efficiency

Requirements

MUST have hands-on coding experience with at least one platform: Crestron / Q-SYS / Extron / AMX
Familiar with RS232, TCP/IP, HTTP API, JSON
Understanding of AV signal flow, display devices, matrix, switchers, DSP, and VC systems
Basic networking knowledge (IP, VLAN, ports)
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Responsible, structured, and capable of working alone when required
SI / ProAV / integration field experience is an advantage
Comfortable using AI tools to assist programming and technical tasks
