What is the difference between SaaS, Private Cloud, and On-Premise?

Standard Cloud (SaaS) is fully hosted by us with a yearly subscription. Private Cloud gives you a dedicated hosted environment with customization support. On-Premise lets you host Offision on your own servers with a one-off purchase.

Does the SaaS plan include hosting and customization?

Yes — SaaS includes server hosting. Customization is not included on SaaS; choose Private Cloud or On-Premise if you need custom workflows or integrations.

How are user limits set for each plan?

SaaS includes 50 user accounts per license unit. Private Cloud user limits depend on the server package. On-Premise supports unlimited users.

Which plan supports Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and SSO?

All three deployment options support Microsoft 365 / Outlook / Teams, Google Workspace, and single sign-on (SSO).

Can I host Offision on my own infrastructure?

Yes. Choose the On-Premise plan to run Offision on your own servers. Hosting is not included; a server license applies for each server.
