Covid-19 \u7684\u9650\u5236\u96a8\u7740\u75ab\u82d7\u7b49\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5728\u4e16\u754c\u8a31\u591a\u5730\u65b9\u9678\u7e8c\u653e\u5bec\uff0c\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u73fe\u5728\u76f8\u7e7c\u958b\u59cb\u4e00\u9805\u5168\u65b0\u7684\u5be6\u9a57\uff1a\u5982\u4f55\u5c07\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u9060\u7a0b\u54e1\u5de5\u91cd\u65b0\u5e36\u56de\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4 \uff1f\u6709\u4e9b\u54e1\u5de5\u6703\u554f\uff0c\u65e2\u7136\u9060\u7aef\u5de5\u4f5c\u5df2\u7d93\u6210\u70ba\u65b0\u5e38\u614b\uff0c\u70ba\u4f55\u6709\u6642\u9084\u8981\u56de\u5230\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u5de5\u4f5c\uff1f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>BBC \u5728\u300a<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/worklife\/article\/20210604-why-presenteeism-always-wins-out-over-productivity\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Why presenteeism wins out over productivity<\/a>\u300b\u5831\u5c0e\uff0c\u5728\u75ab\u60c5\u5927\u6d41\u884c\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u82f1\u570b\u7684\u4e00\u9805\u8abf\u67e5\u6578\u64da\u986f\u793a\uff0c80%\u7684\u54e1\u5de5\u8aaa\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u74b0\u5883\u5b58\u5728\u300c\u51fa\u52e4\u4e3b\u7fa9\uff08presenteeism\uff09\u300d\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\u53d7\u8a2a\u8005\u66f4\u8aaa\u524d\u4e00\u5e74\u4ee5\u4f86\u60c5\u6cc1\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u7cdf\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u73fe\u5728\uff0c\u9060\u7aef\u5de5\u4f5c\u70ba\u8001\u95c6\u548c\u54e1\u5de5\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u65e9\u8a72\u51fa\u73fe\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u91cd\u65b0\u5be9\u8996\u9019\u7a2e\u6839\u6df1\u8482\u56fa\u7684\u4e0a\u73ed\u73fe\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019\u7a2e\u73fe\u8c61\u5176\u5be6\u662f\u75c5\u614b\u7684\uff0c\u4e14\u5c0d\u6211\u5011\u5be6\u8cea\u4e0a\u5e36\u4f86\u4e0d\u826f\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff1a\u5b83\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u4e00\u500b\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u640d\u5931\u6578\u767e\u5104\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u751f\u75c5\u7684\u4eba\u5f37\u884c\u56de\u5230\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u4e0a\u73ed\uff0c\u6703\u50b3\u67d3\u75be\u75c5\u7d66\u4e88\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\uff1b\u5b83\u5275\u9020\u4e86\u6709\u5bb3\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u74b0\u5883\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u54e1\u5de5\u6545\u610f\u52a0\u73ed\uff0c\u5ef6\u9577\u6b63\u5e38\u5de5\u4f5c\u6642\u9593\u4f86\u986f\u793a\u81ea\u5df1\u5de5\u4f5c\u52e4\u596e\u548c\u5c0d\u96c7\u4e3b\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u4e9b\u9577\u6642\u9593\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u4eba\u6703\u7d66\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u5e36\u4f86\u540c\u5115\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u8b93\u4ed6\u5011\u4e5f\u540c\u6a23\u9019\u6a23\u505a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u4e00\u5411\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u6240\u61c9\u8a72\u770b\u91cd\u7684\u662f\u751f\u7522\u529b\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u8981\u54e1\u5de5\u9577\u671f\u62f4\u5728\u684c\u5b50\u6216\u96fb\u8166\u4e0a \u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u75ab\u60c5\u7d66\u4e88\u4f01\u696d\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e00\u500b\u9ec3\u91d1\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u53cd\u601d\u5e7e\u5341\u5e74\u4f86\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6587\u5316\uff0c\u300c\u51fa\u52e4\u4e3b\u7fa9\u300d\u9019\u7a2e\u73fe\u8c61\u4f3c\u4e4e\u53ea\u662f\u8f49\u5230\u7db2\u4e0a\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u8b8a\u672c\u52a0\u53b2\uff0c\u4eba\u5011\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u6642\u9593\u6bd4\u4ee5\u5f80\u4efb\u4f55\u6642\u5019\u90fd\u9577\u3002\u4ed6\u5011\u5229\u7528\u6574\u5929\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6642\u9593\u90fd\u7528\u5728\u56de\u8986\u96fb\u5b50\u90f5\u4ef6\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c55\u793a\u4ed6\u5011\u300c\u656c\u696d\u6a02\u696d\u300d\u3002 \u800c\u4e14\uff0c\u96a8\u8457\u8001\u95c6\u628a\u54e1\u5de5\u53eb\u56de\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\uff0c\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u8b49\u64da\u8868\u793a\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u80fd\u6839\u672c\u6c92\u6709\u6539\u8b8a\u904e\u300c\u51fa\u52e4\u4e3b\u7fa9\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9060\u7aef\u5de5\u4f5c\u96d6\u7136\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u6d41\u884c\uff0c\u4f46\u9019\u7a2e\u5de5\u4f5c\u6a21\u5f0f\u4ecd\u7136\u6bd4\u67d0\u4e00\u4e9b\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u8a8d\u5b9a\u70ba\u4e0d\u8ca0\u8cac\u4efb\u7684\u8655\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u57282019 \u5e74\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.researchgate.net\/publication\/336681767_Is_there_a_price_telecommuters_pay_Examining_the_relationship_between_telecommuting_and_objective_career_success\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u6709\u8abf\u67e5<\/a>\u6307\u51fa\u9060\u7aef\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u54e1\u5de5\u85aa\u91d1\u52a0\u5e45\u6703\u6bd4\u5176\u4ed6\u54e1\u5de5\u843d\u5f8c\uff0c\u81ea\u7136\u5c0e\u81f4\u4e0d\u5c11\u54e1\u5de5\u5bb3\u6015\u81ea\u5df1\u524d\u9014\u53d7\u640d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9060\u7aef\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u5316\u4ea6\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u6703\u6539\u8b8a\u9019\u4e00\u9ede\uff1b 2020 \u5e74\uff0c<a href=\"https:\/\/uk.adp.com\/about-adp\/press-centre\/2020-11-03-workers-feel-the-pressure-of-presenteeism-post-covid-19.aspx\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u4eba\u529b\u8cc7\u6e90\u8edf\u4ef6\u516c\u53f8 ADP \u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u767c\u73fe<\/a>\uff0c\u5118\u7ba1\u63a1\u53d6\u5f48\u6027\u5de5\u4f5c\u5236\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u6709\u6240\u589e\u52a0\uff0c\u4f46\u4ecd\u6709 54% \u7684\u82f1\u570b\u54e1\u5de5\u5728\u75ab\u60c5\u671f\u9593\uff0c\u611f\u5230\u5fc5\u9808\u89aa\u81ea\u8fd4\u56de\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u8655\u65bc\u8077\u696d\u751f\u6daf\u65e9\u671f\u548c\u4e2d\u671f\u7684\u54e1\u5de5 \u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u897f\u5317\u5927\u5b78\u51f1\u6d1b\u683c\u5546\u5b78\u9662\u7ba1\u7406\u8207\u7d44\u7e54\u5b78\u6559\u6388 Leigh Thompson \u5c31\u6307\u51fa\u5169\u500b\u539f\u56e0\uff1a\u4e00\u500b\u662f\u300c\u55ae\u7d14\u66dd\u5149\u6548\u61c9\uff08mere-exposure effect\uff09\u300d\uff0c\u6307\u7684\u662f\u4eba\u900f\u904e\u63a5\u89f8\u67d0\u4e9b\u4e8b\u6216\u4eba\u7684\u6b21\u6578\u8d8a\u591a\uff0c\u5c31\u8d8a\u80fd\u5920\u7522\u751f\u89aa\u548c\u529b\u3002\u300c\u5982\u679c\u4e00\u500b\u54e1\u5de5\u80fd\u4ee4\u81ea\u5df1\u66dd\u5149\u66f4\u591a\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u81ea\u7136\u5c31\u56e0\u70ba\u5728\u5834\u4ea6\u53ef\u80fd\u8a0e\u597d\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\uff0d\uff0d\u53ea\u662f\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u6c92\u6709\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u9019\u4e00\u9ede\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u7121\u6cd5\u78ba\u5b9a\u4ed6\u5011\u559c\u6b61\u300c\u51fa\u5e2d\u8005\u300d\u7684\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5730\u65b9\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9019\u500b\u504f\u898b\u548c\u53e6\u4e00\u500b\u6982\u5ff5\u300c\u5149\u74b0\u6548\u61c9\u300d\u76f8\u4e92\u547c\u61c9\uff0c\u5c07\u67d0\u4eba\u7684\u7a4d\u6975\u5370\u8c61\uff0c\u8207\u5176\u5be6\u969b\u6027\u683c\u3001\u8868\u73fe\u806f\u7e6b\u8d77\u4f86\u3002 \u300c\u4f60\u958b\u59cb\u8a8d\u70ba\u7d66\u4f60\u5e36\u4f86\u5496\u5561\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u8a62\u554f\u4f60\u5468\u672b\u7684\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u300c\u53ef\u611b\u7684\u4eba\u300d\u2026 \u4e4b\u5f8c\u4e5f\u8a8d\u70ba\u4f60\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u540d\u9ad8\u6548\u7387\u7684\u54e1\u5de5\u300d\uff0cLeigh Thompson \u8aaa\u3002\u56e0\u70ba\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u614b\u5ea6\uff0c\u800c\u5f71\u97ff\u4ed6\u4eba\u5c0d\u5176\u5de5\u4f5c\u8868\u73fe\u7684\u89c0\u611f\uff0c \u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5c0e\u81f4\u89aa\u81ea\u5230\u5834\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u54e1\u5de5\u7372\u5f97\u66f4\u591a\u6649\u5347\u6a5f\u6703\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u798f\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u5728\u9060\u7aef\u5de5\u4f5c\u76db\u884c\u5e95\u4e0b\uff0c\u4eba\u5011\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6642\u6578\u53cd\u800c\u662f\u4e0a\u5347\u800c\u975e\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u57fa\u65bc\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7684\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u5f88\u591a\u8001\u95c6\u53ea\u80fd\u898b\u5230\u7d93\u5e38\u51fa\u73fe\uff0c\u66dd\u5149\u7387\u9ad8\u7684\u54e1\u5de5\uff0c\u4ea6\u5047\u5b9a\u4ed6\u5011\u662f\u6700\u6709\u6548\u7387\u7684\u54e1\u5de5\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u7576\u5176\u4ed6\u540c\u4e8b\u4e0a\u7dda\uff0c\u4f60\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5f97\u4e0d\u4e0a\u7dda\uff0c\u4ea6\u589e\u52a0\u66dd\u5149\u7684\u6b21\u6578\u3002\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u6b63\u503c\u7d93\u6fdf\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u6642\u671f\uff0c \u7576\u4eba\u958b\u59cb\u64d4\u5fc3\u4ed6\u5011\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u7a69\u5b9a\u7a0b\u5ea6\u6642\uff0c \u4ed6\u5011\u4e4b\u6240\u4ee5\u5f37\u8feb\u81ea\u5df1\u51fa\u73fe\u3001\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u4ed6\u5011\u60f3\u8b49\u660e\u81ea\u5df1\u80fd\u5920\u627f\u53d7\u58d3\u529b\uff0c\u8868\u73fe\u51fa\u8272\u3001\u53ef\u9760\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u77e5\u9053\u300c\u51fa\u52e4\u4e3b\u7fa9\u300d\u5f80\u5f80\u5c0e\u81f4\u7684\uff0c\u662f\u5de5\u4f5c\u8868\u73fe\u7684\u4e0b\u964d\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u4e0a\u5347\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5de5\u4f5c\u6587\u5316\u7d93\u6b77\u4e86\u7ffb\u5929\u8986\u5730\u7684\u8b8a\u9769\uff0c\u8feb\u5207\u9700\u8981\u5728\u5be6\u8cea\u4e0a\u3001\u6578\u5b57\u4e0a\u6e1b\u5c11\u5c0d\u51fa\u52e4\u7387\u7684\u91cd\u8996\u3002
