The study&#8217;s findings were largely favorable, <strong>demonstrating that being present in the workplace is not always necessary for productive work. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the contrary, the survey discovered that workers with the most flexible work models were the happiest and want to <a href=\"https:\/\/ones.software\/blog\/work-from-home\/\">work from home<\/a> or another non-office location <strong>two-thirds<\/strong> of the time in the future.
