The redesigned office features fewer fixed elements and walls, plus provides mobile equipment, such as<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ones.software\/blog\/2022\/11\/10\/hot-desk-statistics\/#What_is_hot_desking\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>hot desks<\/strong><\/a>, to support employees to work flexibly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, Coca-Cola &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/ones.software\/blog\/2022\/10\/06\/guide-to-hybrid-work-what-is-hybrid-work-model\/#Setups_for_employees\">relies heavily on Microsoft Teams<\/a>&#8221; and is working on <strong>&#8220;pop-up technology&#8221;<\/strong>. <strong>The aim is<\/strong> they want to <strong>offer some multi-functional communication tools and technology for employees<\/strong>, allowing them to communicate and collaborate with various colleagues and support remote colleagues back in the office work seamlessly.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Reason_for_Coca-Cola_implementing_hybrid_work\"><\/span>Reason for Coca-Cola implementing hybrid work&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Coca-Cola&#8217;s workplace rights policy is<strong> comprised of provisions outlined in international human rights standards,<\/strong> such as <em>the Universal Declaration of Human Rights<\/em>, Coca-Cola states its mission in developing the policy, stating <strong>&#8220;We value our relationship with our employees.\u201d&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They are committed to <strong>creating an open and inclusive workplace based on recognized workplace human rights,<\/strong> where all employees are<strong> valued and motivated to be their best selves<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result, they have decided to <strong><em>give employees flexibility in their work<\/em><\/strong><em> <\/em><strong><em>by implementing flexible work<\/em><\/strong> and allowing them to<strong> <em>arrange their own personalized work schedules by themselves<\/em><\/strong>.
