arrangements were widely used during the COVID-19 pandemic, the government may go even further by instituting a Work-from-Anywhere (WFA) policy for its employees in order to boost productivity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the future, the government intends to create a more flexible working structure for state officials by allowing them to WFA. Therefore, they decided to go to WFA forever.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Blibli\"><\/span>Blibli&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Blibli is a well-known Indonesian e-commerce company that focuses on building good business ecosystems for consumers and organizations.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blibli announced in their company post that their employees can perform their duties from anywhere. <a href=\"https:\/\/berkas.dpr.go.id\/puslit\/files\/info_singkat\/Info%20Singkat-XIV-10-II-P3DI-Mei-2022-2014-EN.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">WFA<\/a> was adopted after they survived the pandemic because they noticed an increase in productivity when most of their employees worked from home.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Stockbit\"><\/span>Stockbit&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Stockbit is a startup in the financial sector and has also taken some steps for WFA that are starting to become a trend for Indonesian companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Since February 2022, Stockbit has implemented remote systems or work anywhere outside the office to improve employee productivity and quality of work.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Magic\"><\/span>Magic&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the startups that do not require its workers to come to the office is Ajaib. They provide flexibility to some workers that are not required to come to the office, especially for the Backend Engineer profession.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Flip\"><\/span>Flip&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Another financial application that implements WFA is Flip. Flip allows workers to work-in-anywhere from March 2022, whether working at home or in a caf\u00e9, and has implemented other WFA approaches for two years. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flip also provides benefits, such as laptops, tables, chairs, and internet costs to support it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Amartha\"><\/span>Amartha&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Amartha, which is also engaged in fintech, just starting to implement WFA in 2022. However, this online investment company is still in the trying phase until the end of the year. Like most companies, they see that way of working more effectively in terms of productivity and mental health of their workers.
