nofollow\">Cisco<\/a> research examined the impact of hybrid working on five categories of well-being \u2013 emotional, financial, mental, physical, and social well-being \u2013 with over <strong>79% of respondents saying hybrid and remote working has improved various aspects of it.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flexible working hour makes <strong>79% of Malaysian employees have improved work-life balance,<\/strong> and <strong>72% of respondents believe their physical fitness has improved with remote working.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, <strong>80% of respondents indicate that remote working has improved family relationships<\/strong> as it has shortened working hours than before.  <strong>44% of respondents <\/strong>reporting customizing their work schedules has helped
