href=\"https:\/\/www.telstra.com.sg\/content\/dam\/shared-component-assets\/tecom\/campaigns\/the-apac-transformation-vision\/The_APAC_Transformation_Vision_FINAL.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">the latest report by telecommunications and technology company Telstra<\/a>, it shows that nearly <strong>85% of<\/strong> <strong>APAC organizations<\/strong> are promoting hybrid work arrangements, and <strong>seven in 10<\/strong> <strong>organizations<\/strong> are now recruiting talent from all locations and allowing hybrid work arrangements.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, <strong>74% of employees <\/strong>in APAC believe that they and their teams are more productive with flexible work arrangements.&nbsp;So why hybrid working employees across ASEAN markets:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Malaysia \u2013 74%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Singapore \u2013 71%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indonesia \u2013 84%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vietnam \u2013 76%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Thailand \u2013 69%<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Philippines \u2013 60%<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The support for hybrid work extends beyond employees as well \u2014 with 90% of employees saying their employers have been supportive of hybrid working. Also, they understand flexibility is very important for their employees.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Helping_with_staff_retention_and_acquisition\"><\/span>Helping with staff retention and acquisition<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Hybrid work provides flexibility to employees, which can satisfy employees&#8217; needs for working flexibly.&nbsp;The reason why is this important is that flexible work has already become the core factor that can retain talents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Based on <a href=\"https:\/\/ones.software\/blog\/2022\/09\/14\/10-hybrid-work-trends-in-australia\/#Flexible_work_can_retain_talents\">a recent Swinburne University of Technology Report<\/a>, <strong>43% of Australian knowledge workers&nbsp;<\/strong>said they would consider leaving an employer that does not offer flexible working for one that does, rising to&nbsp;<strong>46% in Sydney and Melbourne.<\/strong> Also, based on <a href=\"https:\/\/ones.software\/blog\/2022\/08\/05\/hybrid-work-trends-in-singapore\/#Hybrid_work_is_highly_preferred_by_Workers_in_ASEAN\">Cisco Global Hybrid Work Study 2022<\/a>, &nbsp;hybrid work is now preferred by many employees across markets in ASEAN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c<em>The Great Resignation has shown us that, overwhelmingly, employees are demanding flexible work arrangements \u2013 and they will change jobs to get them. We are also hearing from candidates that flexibility is a top priority,<\/em>\u201d said Moran.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Combining_Technology_for_Better_Quality_of_Work\"><\/span>Combining Technology for Better Quality of Work&nbsp;<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Software company New Relic has invested in collaboration work tools to support the move to hybrid work.
