Our&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ones.software\/bookings-one\">platform&nbsp;<\/a>enables people to work from any location, and move between sites as needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Many organizations see hybrid work as the evolution of remote working, allowing employers to better integrate remote working into overall business processes while providing comparable work experience for remote workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the report &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.undp.org\/malaysia\/publications\/making-flexible-work-work-towards-better-and-more-inclusive-work-life-practices\">Making Flexible Work, Work: Towards Better and More Inclusive<br>Work-Life Practices<\/a>&#8221; from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.undp.org\/malaysia\">Malaysia, Singapore &amp; Brunei Darussalam<\/a>, there are several nice definitions for flexible working terms:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Work-Life_Practices_WLPs\"><\/span>Work-Life Practices (WLPs)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Various forms of support for work-life integration, including leave, support networks, facilities, etc. This includes Flexible Work Arrangements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Flexible_Work_Arrangements_FWAs\"><\/span>Flexible Work Arrangements (FWAs)<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Flexibility in the time and location of work.
