This could be due, at least in part, to only one in every eight Singaporeans believing that their job or industry is secure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While <strong>salary <\/strong>was the most important factor in a job across the Asia Pacific region, it is by far the most important factor for Singapore workers, with 71% ranking it as the most important factor.
